Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and AML Policy. In full, uncut. Please read them carefully.
1.1 bibkins-gta.world is operated by Creative Active Technology N.V., a company established under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 165799 and holding a valid Certificate of Operation.
Creative Active Technology N.V. has filed an application (OGL/2024/751/0208) for a gaming licence, which is currently being processed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that procedure concludes, and relying on the transitional regime set out in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company may lawfully continue its activities under this Certificate of Operation.
IMPORTANT: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT WE ACT SOLELY AS DEVELOPERS AND SUPPLIERS OF SOFTWARE SERVICES AND THAT WE NEVER HOLD, CONTROL OR ADMINISTER USER FUNDS OR ANY PRIVATE DATA IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. WHAT WE PROVIDE IS ACCESS TO AN ONLINE, DECENTRALISED CASINO TOGETHER WITH AN AUTONOMOUS PROTOCOL AND ENVIRONMENT, AND THE RELATED DECENTRALISED NETWORKS, NONE OF WHICH ARE UNDER THE COMPANY’S CONTROL. WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY OF YOUR PRIVATE DATA AND ARE UNABLE TO START OR STOP ANY TRANSFER OF YOUR DIGITAL ASSETS IN ANY DIRECTION, OR TO OTHERWISE REACH YOUR ACCOUNT AND FUNDS.
2.1 By creating an account on bibkins-gta.world (the “Website”), you enter into a contract with Creative Active Technology N.V. and agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) our Privacy Policy; (iii) our Cookies Policy; and (iv) the rules that apply to our betting and gaming products as referred to in these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or the “Agreement”), together with the betting- and gaming-specific rules, and you are taken to have read, understood and accepted all of them.
2.2 Please study this Agreement carefully so that you are sure you understand it in full. If you are uncertain about the rights and obligations that arise from accepting it, you should obtain independent legal advice. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access, visit or use any part of the Website — including, without limitation, its sub-domains, source code and/or APIs, whether visible or not.
3.1 By registering on bibkins-gta.world, You (interchangeably “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” or the “Player”) enter into an agreement with Bibkins-gta.
3.2 You should read this Agreement in its entirety before using the products or services of Bibkins-gta. It forms a legally binding contract between You and Bibkins-gta.
3.3 These Terms and Conditions take effect the moment You complete registration, which includes successfully creating an account. By using any part of the Website after Your account has been created, You accept that these Terms and Conditions govern Your use of it.
3.4 We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where we do, we may take steps to bring the changes to Your attention (for example by email, or by posting a notice prominently on the Website together with the revised terms), but it is solely Your responsibility to check for any amendments, updates or modifications. Your continued use of the Website’s services after any such change is treated as Your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those amendments, updates or modifications.
3.5 Where there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game rules or other documents referred to in them, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
3.6 For players’ convenience these Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages, for information only. The relationship between You and us rests solely on the English version, and in the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation of any kind, the English version prevails.
Registration
4.1 To place bets on bibkins-gta.world You must first register a Bibkins-gta Account in person (a “Bibkins-gta Account”).
4.2 Before a person can be registered as a player with Bibkins-gta and use the Website, that person must apply to register and open a Bibkins-gta Account. The application must be made personally and will require You to supply a set of personal information, namely e-mail, full name, date of birth, address, etc.
4.3 Where the information referred to in 4.2 is not supplied, or is at any time found to be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, Bibkins-gta may suspend registration of the Bibkins-gta Account and treat any deposits subsequently accepted into the Player’s Bibkins-gta Account as invalid (and any winnings arising from such a deposit as void). If a Bibkins-gta Account is suspended, You should contact customer support at [email protected].
4.4 Every applicant must have reached the legal age of majority under whichever applicable laws set the higher or older age. Bibkins-gta may require proof of age from any Player and may suspend their Bibkins-gta Account until satisfactory documentation is provided. Bibkins-gta takes its responsibilities regarding under-age and responsible gambling extremely seriously.
4.5 Bibkins-gta will not accept registration from individuals who:
a) are below the legal age of majority or the gambling age in their jurisdiction;
b) reside in jurisdictions where it is illegal, or where gambling is not permitted. Bibkins-gta cannot verify whether the Service is legal in every jurisdiction, and it is the User’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful;
c) supply misleading information or try to act through third parties.
4.6 Bibkins-gta may refuse any application for a Bibkins-gta Account at its sole discretion.
Know Your Customer
4.7 You represent and warrant that all information You provide on Your Verification form is true, current and correct.
4.8 Bibkins-gta may, at any time, request whatever KYC documentation it considers necessary to establish a Player’s identity and location. Bibkins-gta may restrict the Service, a payment or a withdrawal until identity has been sufficiently established, or for any other reason at Bibkins-gta’s sole discretion. Bibkins-gta will not store or disclose a Player’s information other than as appropriate to comply with legal process or as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy of Bibkins-gta. Data on the Verification form is processed by an independent, legitimate provider, SumSub. It is transmitted in encrypted form, is never and under no circumstances stored on our servers, and is deleted immediately once the third-party provider has completed verification.
Multiple Accounts
4.9 Only one Bibkins-gta Account is allowed per Player. If You attempt or manage to open more than one Bibkins-gta Account, whether in Your own name or under any other name, or if You attempt or manage to use the Website through another person’s Bibkins-gta Account, Bibkins-gta may immediately close all of Your Bibkins-gta Account(s), keep all monies in them and bar You from future use of the Website.
4.10 If Bibkins-gta has reason to believe that You have registered and/or used more than one Bibkins-gta Account, or colluded with one or more others using a number of different Bibkins-gta Accounts, Bibkins-gta may treat those accounts as constituting multiple Bibkins-gta Accounts and suspend or close all of them. Bibkins-gta may also retain the funds until the Player proves that they did not attempt to create multiple accounts.
4.11 If You notice that You hold more than one registered Bibkins-gta Account, You must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to Your Bibkins-gta Account being blocked and the funds retained.
User Responsibility
4.12 Keeping Your login details secure is Your sole and exclusive responsibility. You must not disclose them to anyone.
4.13 We are not liable or responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Bibkins-gta Account by third parties resulting from Your disclosure of Your login details to any third party, whether that disclosure is intentional, accidental, active or passive.
4.14 You are prohibited from selling, transferring or acquiring Bibkins-gta Accounts to or from other Players.
4.15 You must inform us as soon as You become aware of any error concerning Your account, or any calculation concerning any bet You have placed. We may declare void any bets affected by such an error.
4.16 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under Your account.
Security Features
4.17 We recommend that You enable two-factor authentication to strengthen the security of Your account.
4.18 We may make further security measures available from time to time, and we encourage You to use them.
Suspension and Closure by Bibkins-gta
4.19 Bibkins-gta may close or suspend Your Bibkins-gta Account where:
a) Bibkins-gta considers that You are using, or have used, the Website in a fraudulent or collusive manner, or for illegal, unlawful or improper purposes;
b) Bibkins-gta considers that You are using, or have used, the Website unfairly, have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Bibkins-gta or any of its customers, or that Your Bibkins-gta Account is being used for a third party’s benefit;
c) Bibkins-gta is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or a court, or where Bibkins-gta cannot verify Your identity, profession or source of funds as the applicable regulations expressly require;
d) You are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable regulations or the fair use of our services, or Bibkins-gta is concerned that You are a compulsive problem gambler who has not self-excluded;
e) Bibkins-gta considers that any of the events referred to in (a) to (d) above may have occurred or is likely to occur.
4.20 Where Bibkins-gta closes or suspends Your Bibkins-gta Account for any reason referred to in 4.19, You shall, to the extent applicable laws permit, be liable for any and all claims, direct losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Bibkins-gta (together, the “Claims”) arising from it, and shall, to the extent applicable laws permit, indemnify and hold Bibkins-gta harmless on demand against such Claims.
4.21 In the circumstances referred to in 4.19, Bibkins-gta may also void any bets placed by You following such conduct, and may withhold and/or retain any and all amounts that would otherwise have been paid or payable to You (including any winnings), to the extent the law permits.
4.22 We may suspend or terminate Your account at any time, with or without notice, where we suspect that it has been compromised or is being used in breach of our Terms of Service.
4.23 If Bibkins-gta closes Your Bibkins-gta Account, it will inform You of the means available to withdraw the remaining balance on it.
Our Liability
4.24 We take no responsibility for any loss or damage You may suffer as a result of unauthorised access to Your account.
4.25 We take no responsibility for any loss or damage You may suffer as a result of Your failure to keep Your login secure and private.
Security Review
4.26 Bibkins-gta monitors Bibkins-gta Accounts for the activity described in clause 14, including fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses and automated play. Where such activity is detected, Bibkins-gta may place the Bibkins-gta Account under a security review and suspend withdrawals for its duration.
4.27 A security review requires You to submit, through the support chat, the identity and source of funds documents requested by Bibkins-gta. Bibkins-gta may refuse a document that is incomplete, illegible or inconsistent with the data held on Your Bibkins-gta Account.
4.28 Once the requested documents have been accepted, the security review is completed against a security deposit in the amount shown on the withdrawal screen. The security deposit is credited to Your Bibkins-gta Account in full, is not a fee and is not retained by Bibkins-gta. Clause 7.15 applies to the amount payable.
4.29 Bibkins-gta completes the security review within the period shown on the withdrawal screen, and no action is required from You while it is in progress. Where the review is passed, the restrictions arising from it are lifted. Where it is not passed, clause 4.19 applies.
5.1 Before You use the Service, and on an ongoing basis, You represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:
Capacity
a) You have reached the legal age of majority under whichever applicable laws set the higher age;
b) You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us and are not restricted by any form of limited legal capacity;
c) You are not diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler;
d) You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling site or gambling premises, and You will inform Bibkins-gta immediately if You enter into a self-exclusion arrangement with any gambling provider;
Jurisdiction
e) You are accessing bibkins-gta.world from a jurisdiction in which it is legal to do so;
f) You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the placing and/or accepting of bets online and/or the playing of casino and/or live games;
g) You accept and acknowledge that we may detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent-transaction detection and the detection of automated registration and sign-up, gameplay and screen-capture techniques. Such steps may include, without limitation, examining Players’ device properties and detecting geo-location and IP masking, together with transaction and blockchain analysis;
Funds & Tax
h) You alone are responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under the relevant laws on any winnings You receive from us;
i) You alone are responsible for any applicable taxes that may be payable on cryptocurrency and FIAT awarded to You through Your use of the Service;
j) there is a risk of losing cryptocurrency and FIAT when using the Service, and Bibkins-gta has no responsibility to You for any such loss;
k) You will not deposit funds that originate from criminal or other unauthorised activity;
l) You will not deposit funds using payment methods that do not belong to You;
m) all funds deposited will be used exclusively for the Services available on the Website;
n) You will not withdraw, or try to withdraw, to payment methods that do not belong to You;
o) You understand that, by taking part in the Services available on the Website, You take the risk of losing the money You deposit;
p) You accept and acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency can change dramatically depending on the market value;
q) Bibkins-gta shall not be treated as a financial institution;
Others
r) Your use of the Service is at Your own option, discretion and risk;
s) You will not conduct criminal activities through the Bibkins-gta Account;
t) all information You provide to us during the term of this agreement is true, complete and correct, and You will notify us immediately of any change to such information;
u) You take part in the Games strictly in Your personal and non-professional capacity, and for recreational and entertainment purposes only;
v) You take part in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
w) You hold only one account with us and agree not to open any further accounts with us;
x) the telecommunications networks and internet-access services required for You to reach and use the Service are entirely beyond Bibkins-gta’s control, and Bibkins-gta has no liability whatsoever for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints or other deficiencies affecting them;
y) You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or any third party’s participation in any of the games and/or services on the Website, and will not use any software-assisted methods or techniques, or hardware devices, for Your participation in any of them;
z) if You have access to non-public information relating to an event, or capable of affecting the outcome of an event or bet type, You will not bet on any event overseen by the relevant sport or event governing body;
aa) if You are an athlete, coach, manager, owner, referee, or anyone with sufficient authority to influence the outcome of an event, You will not bet on any event overseen by the relevant sport or event governing body;
bb) if You are an owner (a direct or indirect legal or beneficial owner of 10 percent or greater) of a sport governing body or member team, You will not bet on any event overseen by that sport governing body, or on any event in which a member team of that sport or event governing body participates;
cc) if You are involved in a sport or event, You will not be involved in compiling betting odds for the competition in which You are involved.
dd) The payment details You submit for a withdrawal are complete, accurate, valid and held in Your own name, and You accept sole responsibility for a payout that fails because they are not.
5.2 If any of the representations, warranties or covenants set out in 5.1 is breached, Bibkins-gta may close or suspend Your Bibkins-gta account at its own discretion and void any bets to the extent the law allows.
6.1 Bibkins-gta warrants that it will:
a) hold funds belonging to the Player in a secure and appropriate manner; and
b) handle personal information relating to the Player in accordance with applicable law and with its Privacy Policy.
6.2 The software is provided “as is”, without warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Bibkins-gta hereby excludes all implied terms, representations, conditions and warranties (including any as to merchantability, merchantable quality, satisfactory quality and fitness for any particular purpose). Bibkins-gta does not warrant that:
i) the Website and Services will meet Your requirements;
ii) the Website and Services will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights;
iii) the operation of the Website and Services will be error-free or uninterrupted;
iv) any defects in the Website and Services will be corrected; or
v) the Website or the servers are free of viruses.
6.3 Bibkins-gta can be reached by email at [email protected] or through its 24/7 live chat, which is available once You are logged into Your Bibkins-gta Account. If Bibkins-gta decides, at its sole discretion, that Your conduct — by live chat, email or otherwise — has been abusive or derogatory towards any employee of Bibkins-gta, its Affiliates or a third-party service provider, Bibkins-gta may block or terminate Your Bibkins-gta Account.
7.1 You may take part in a Game only where Your Bibkins-gta Account holds sufficient funds for it. For that purpose You must use the payment methods available on the Website to deposit Your funds. Bibkins-gta will give You no credit whatsoever for taking part in a Game.
7.2 You must fund Your Bibkins-gta Account through the payment methods available in the wallet section on bibkins-gta.world.
7.3 You must ensure that the funds You deposit into Your Bibkins-gta Account are free of any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.
7.4 To add funds to Your Bibkins-gta Account, You may transfer them from crypto-wallets under Your control or use any other payment method available on bibkins-gta.world. Deposits may be made only with Your own funds.
7.5 You should place money in Your account only in order to use it for placing bets or wagering on the Website. Bibkins-gta may suspend or close Your account where we reasonably believe that You are depositing funds with no intention of placing sporting and/or gaming wagers. In such cases we may also report this activity to the relevant authorities.
7.6 You acknowledge and understand that Your Bibkins-gta Account can be funded only through payment methods owned by You.
7.7 You further understand, agree and acknowledge that if Bibkins-gta discovers, detects and/or identifies that You:
a) have funded, or are funding, Your Bibkins-gta Account using third-party payment methods; and/or
b) have funded, or are funding, Your Bibkins-gta Account with funds tainted by illegality, such conduct will be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service amounting to fraud, and accordingly:
i) Bibkins-gta may, at its own discretion, suspend or close Your Bibkins-gta Account; and
ii) Bibkins-gta may, at its own discretion, cancel, reverse or adjust any transaction and forfeit funds deposited and/or winnings generated from the deposited funds.
7.8 Bibkins-gta may set a minimum deposit amount at its own discretion. That amount may be changed at any time at Bibkins-gta’s discretion and will be shown on the website. Note that, depending on the payment method You use, the payment providers may charge additional fees.
7.9 The payment methods made available to You and the minimum and maximum deposit limits can be found in the wallet section of the Site. Service fees may apply and may change. Some payment methods may not be available in every country.
7.10 Deposits are processed immediately and, whenever a payment service provider is used, the updated balance appears in the Bibkins-gta Account instantly. Bibkins-gta takes no responsibility for delays caused by its payment system or by any third party. Note that:
a) some payment methods may carry additional fees; where they do, the fee will be shown clearly for You in the cashier;
b) Your bank or payment service provider may charge You additional fees for deposits or currency conversion in accordance with their terms and conditions and your user agreement.
7.11 We may use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when processing deposits into Your Bibkins-gta Account.
7.12 Funds cannot be transferred from Your Bibkins-gta Account to the Bibkins-gta Account of another Player.
7.13 Bibkins-gta may refuse any deposit at its own discretion. Users whose accounts are blocked or suspended must refrain from depositing at bibkins-gta.world.
7.14 If a player attempts to deposit while their account is blocked or suspended, Bibkins-gta may retain the funds.
7.15 Where these Terms or the withdrawal process require You to fund an amount, that amount is satisfied only by a new deposit credited to Your Bibkins-gta Account after the requirement arose. Deposits made earlier, Your existing balance and funds held against a pending withdrawal do not satisfy it. Where the required amount is below the minimum deposit of 50 USD, the amount payable is raised to that minimum, and any excess over the requirement remains on Your balance.
7.16 Before payment, Bibkins-gta displays on the withdrawal screen the amount payable for each requirement. Once a requirement is satisfied, one shown as charged is deducted from Your balance, while one shown as retained is credited to Your balance in full and is not a fee.
8.1 Bibkins-gta may refuse any withdrawal by a Player from their Bibkins-gta Account until:
a) the Player’s identity has been verified and Bibkins-gta is satisfied that the withdrawal is being made by a holder of the Bibkins-gta Account;
b) the withdrawal is being transferred to an account of which the Player is a legal holder;
c) any additional information requested by Bibkins-gta has been provided; and
d) the Player has complied with the minimum wager requirement for each deposit, or for funds received from a promo code (which can be found on the Profile page).
8.2 Bibkins-gta reserves every right to investigate Your account and gaming activity. Where Bibkins-gta reasonably suspects that Your account or gaming activity has breached these terms of service or any applicable law or regulation, it may, at its sole discretion, delay or decline further deposits, withdrawals and/or play while it conducts its investigation. You acknowledge and accept that Bibkins-gta may be unable to explain the nature of that investigation.
8.3 All withdrawals must be done through the same payment method chosen by you when placing a deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so. If you deposit using a number of payment methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal across such payment methods and process each part through the respective payment method at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulation.
8.4 If we mistakenly credit Your Bibkins-gta Account with winnings that do not belong to You — whether through a technical error in the pay-tables, human error or otherwise — the amount remains our property and will be deducted from Your Bibkins-gta Account. Where You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You before we became aware of the error, the amount mistakenly paid will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions available at law) be a debt owed by You to us. If an incorrect crediting occurs, You must notify us immediately by email.
FIAT Withdrawals
8.5 To enable fiat withdrawals, You must meet the wager requirement (which can be found on the Profile page) for each deposit or for funds received from a promo code.
8.6 Withdrawals from a Bibkins-gta Account are made through payments addressed to the Player, or transferred to a bank account held in the Player’s name, as advised to Bibkins-gta by the Player. Before processing any withdrawal, Bibkins-gta may carry out enhanced due diligence where it considers this necessary.
8.7 The minimum withdrawal amount will be shown on the website when a withdrawal is made.
8.8 Where You have several withdrawals pending, Bibkins-gta may reject them all and ask You to make a single withdrawal for the sum of them.
8.9 Bibkins-gta may charge You a fee on withdrawals at its discretion. You are also advised to check whether the payment method You use imposes any additional charges. Bibkins-gta is not responsible for any commissions or processing fees charged to You by third parties such as Your bank, as these are beyond our control.
Crypto Withdrawals
8.10 Crypto withdrawals will be made to the cryptocurrency wallet address You state when making a valid withdrawal request.
8.11 Bibkins-gta may carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal. Players who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account should contact support at [email protected].
8.12 All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. If a player becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, they must report this to Bibkins-gta immediately. Bibkins-gta may suspend, block or close a Bibkins-gta Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or on any other legal basis requested by any state authority. You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.
Withdrawal Process
8.13 Withdrawals become available only once You have completed the simplified online verification in the verification section of Your Bibkins-gta Account. Bibkins-gta reviews the data You submit and may request corrections, and no action is required from You while a review is in progress.
8.14 As the final step of verification, and as a control against automated registrations, Bibkins-gta requires a confirmation deposit of 100 USD. The confirmation deposit is credited to Your Bibkins-gta Account in full, is not a fee and is not retained by Bibkins-gta. Clause 7.15 applies to the amount payable.
8.15 A withdrawal request is processed against a transfer fee of 12% of the requested amount. The fee is charged from Your balance once funded, and the amount payable is shown on the withdrawal screen in accordance with clause 7.15.
8.16 Once the transfer fee has been settled, the request moves to processing. The processing time shown on the withdrawal screen is an estimate and not a guaranteed date of payment, and no action is required from You while a request is in processing.
8.17 Where a payout fails because the payment details You provided are invalid, the withdrawal request is cancelled. You may apply for a refund of the requested amount to Your Bibkins-gta Account until the deadline shown on the withdrawal screen.
8.18 A refund is processed against a bank fee of 7% of the refunded amount. The fee is charged from Your balance once funded, and the amount payable is shown on the withdrawal screen in accordance with clause 7.15. Once the refund has been completed the amount is returned to Your balance, and You may use it for play or submit a new withdrawal request.
8.19 If a refund is not applied for and funded before the deadline shown on the withdrawal screen, the entitlement to that refund lapses, the amount ceases to be payable to You and Bibkins-gta is under no obligation to return it. Bibkins-gta is not obliged to extend the deadline.
8.20 Bibkins-gta may require You to hold a SUPER VIP account before any further withdrawal is processed. The SUPER VIP account is acquired against a payment of the amount shown on the withdrawal screen, which is charged from Your balance, and clause 7.15 applies to the amount payable. Holding a SUPER VIP account permanently exempts You from the transfer fee under clause 8.15.
8.21 Where a SUPER VIP account is acquired while a withdrawal request is open, that request is cancelled and the amount held against it is returned to Your balance, which You may use for play or for a new withdrawal request.
8.22 A withdrawal request may at any time be referred to an operator for a manual decision. Where the operator declines the request, the amount held against it is returned to Your balance.
8.23 The amounts, percentages and time limits mentioned in clauses 8.13 to 8.22 are those shown on the withdrawal screen of Your Bibkins-gta Account at the time the relevant requirement arises. They may vary from country to country and are subject to clause 24.
9.1 Any funds You deposit with us in Your Bibkins-gta Account, together with any winnings, are held for You in separate customer bank accounts / crypto wallets for the sole and specific purpose of enabling You to place sports and gaming wagers and to settle any fees or charges You may incur in connection with the use of our Services. This means Your funds are protected from being applied to any other purpose.
9.2 If we suffer any chargebacks, reversals or denials of payment, or any other loss, as a result of causes attributable to You in respect of Your Bibkins-gta Account, we may charge You for the relevant amounts incurred.
9.3 We may, at any time, set off any positive balance on Your account against any amounts You owe to Bibkins-gta.
10.1 You may place Your bets or wagers on the markets and products offered on the Website. Bibkins-gta is under no obligation to accept any bet or wager from You, and a bet or wager becomes valid, final and thereby accepted by Bibkins-gta only once You receive Bibkins-gta’s confirmation that it has been accepted.
10.2 Bibkins-gta accepts only bets or wagers made online (including by mobile device). Bets or wagers submitted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) are not accepted and, where received, are invalid and void — win or lose.
10.3 It is Your responsibility to ensure that the details of Your bets or wagers are correct. Once placed, bets or wagers may not be cancelled by You; where the feature is available, You may change a bet only through our Edit Bet function. Bibkins-gta may cancel or amend a bet or wager only where the relevant event has been suspended or cancelled, where there was an obvious error in the relevant bet or its odds, where the bet is placed in breach of the Terms, or where it is required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
10.4 Your funds are allocated to bets or wagers in the order they are placed and are then unavailable for any other use. Bibkins-gta may void and/or reverse any transaction involving allocated funds made after a bet or wager has been placed, whether at the time or afterwards.
11.1 Bets or wagers become valid only once You receive confirmation that Your bet or wager has been accepted. Bets or wagers placed with insufficient funds in Your account will be void.
11.2 A bet or wager You request becomes valid only once Bibkins-gta accepts it. Each valid bet or wager receives a unique transaction code. We are not liable for settling any bet or wager that was not issued with such a code. If You are unsure whether a bet or wager is valid, please check Your account history or contact our Customer Support Team.
11.3 Should a dispute arise over the content of a bet, You and Bibkins-gta agree that the transaction-log database of Bibkins-gta’s internal control system will be the ultimate authority in the matter.
12.1 From time to time Bibkins-gta may, at its sole discretion, offer a number of Bonuses and Promotions — for example deposit bonuses, free spins, coupons, reloads and rakeback.
Eligibility

Bonus T&C

Activation & Expiry
12.4 Bibkins-gta may cancel any bonus that has not been claimed within the claiming period or within 60 days, whichever is the shorter.
Bonus Abuse & Fraud
12.5 Where Bibkins-gta believes that a Player of the Service is abusing, or attempting to abuse, a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a policy adopted by Bibkins-gta, Bibkins-gta may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw any bonus or promotion from any Player, or terminate that Player’s access to the Services and the Software, and/or lock that Player’s account, whether temporarily or permanently.
12.6 You may open only one (1) account on the Website. Opening multiple accounts on the Website for the purpose of accumulating bonuses, promotions or special offers, or otherwise, is treated as abusive behaviour.
Bibkins-gta Rights
12.7 Bibkins-gta may remove bonuses from any inactive account or any account identified as a “bonus abuser”.
12.8 Bibkins-gta may cancel any bonus at its sole discretion.
13.1 You agree to the game rules described on the bibkins-gta.world website. Bibkins-gta retains authority over the issuing, upkeep and closing of the Service. Any decision of Bibkins-gta’s management concerning the use of the Service, or the resolution of a dispute, is final and is not open to review or appeal.

JURISDICTIONS

14.4 Attempting to manipulate Your real location through the use of a VPN, proxy or similar service, or by providing incorrect or misleading information about Your place of residence, with the intent of circumventing geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.
15.1 Your computer equipment or mobile device and Your internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of the Website. Bibkins-gta does not guarantee that the Website will operate free of faults or errors, or that Bibkins-gta’s services will be provided without interruption. Bibkins-gta accepts no liability for any failure or issue arising from Your equipment, Your internet connection, or Your internet or telecommunications service provider (including, for example, being unable to place bets or wagers, or to view or receive certain information about particular events).
15.2 If You use a mobile device to place bets or wagers, please note that Bibkins-gta is not responsible for any damage to, or loss of data from, the mobile device on which the software is installed, nor for any call, data or other charges incurred while using the software.
15.3 Because mobile devices have limited display sizes, the mobile experience may differ slightly from other platforms. Such differences may include, without limitation, where certain information is located on the platform, and game names not being visible on every game page.
16.1 The Website and Services may be used only for recreational purposes, by placing bets and wagers on events and/or gaming products.
16.2 You must not use the Website for a third party’s benefit, or for any purpose that is illegal, defamatory, abusive or obscene, or that Bibkins-gta considers discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest or inappropriate. 16.4 You shall indemnify, and be liable to pay, Bibkins-gta on demand for all costs, charges and losses sustained or incurred by us and our affiliates (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of reputation) in respect of all Claims arising directly or indirectly from Your fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts while using the Website or Services.
16.5 We further reserve the right not to accept, process and/or honour bets or wagers where it would be forbidden, unlawful or illegal under applicable law or regulation to do so.
17.1 To use the Website and Services, You may need to download some software (for example, casino games made available through a flash player). e) in addition, save to the minimum extent applicable law permits in relation to computer programs, You are not permitted to:
i) translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Website; or
ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or translate, or make any attempt to discover the source code of, the software forming part of the Website, or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Website.
17.5 You do not own the software forming part of the Website. That software is owned by, and is the exclusive property of, Bibkins-gta or a third-party software provider company (any such third-party provider, the “Software Provider”). 17.6 The software is provided “as is”, without warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Bibkins-gta hereby excludes all implied terms, conditions and warranties, including any as to merchantability, merchantable quality, satisfactory quality and fitness for any particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the services or the software, or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. Bibkins-gta does not warrant or guarantee that:
i) the software will meet Your requirements;
ii) the software will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights;
iii) the operation of the software will be error-free or uninterrupted;
iv) any defects in the software will be corrected; or
v) the software or the servers are free of viruses.
17.7 Where communications or system errors arise in connection with the settlement of accounts or any other feature or component of the software, neither Bibkins-gta nor the Software Provider will have any liability to You or any third party for them. In the event of such errors, Bibkins-gta may remove all affected products from the Website and take any other action to correct them.
17.8 You acknowledge that how You use the software is outside Bibkins-gta’s control. Accordingly, You install and/or use the software at Your own risk, and Bibkins-gta will have no liability to You or any third party in respect of Your receipt and/or use of it.
17.9 The software may include confidential information that is secret and valuable to the Software Provider and/or Bibkins-gta. You may not use or disclose that confidential information other than strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

18.1 Bibkins-gta receives feeds, commentaries and content from a number of suppliers. Certain third-party product providers may require You to accept further terms and conditions governing the use of their feeds, commentaries and content. If You do not accept the relevant third-party terms and conditions, You agree not to use the feeds, commentaries or content concerned.
18.2 Bibkins-gta accepts no liability in respect of any third-party feeds, commentaries or content.
18.3 Where the Website contains links to third-party websites and resources, those links are provided for Your information only. Bibkins-gta has no control over the content of those sites or resources and accepts no liability for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from Your use of them. Including a link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement of that third party’s website, products or services, where applicable.
19.1 Bibkins-gta will not be liable where You try to obtain, or do obtain, an advantage from any error concerning bets or wagers on the Website while deliberately acting in bad faith, including where:
i) there is an obvious error in the relevant odds, spreads, handicap, totals or cash-out;
ii) Bibkins-gta continues to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets;
iii) Bibkins-gta incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount, including where a bet is Cashed Out for the full settlement amount, or where a bet is made void incorrectly and ‘Void if player does not start’ was selected at bet placement; or
iv) any error occurs in a random number generator, or in pay tables included, incorporated or used in any game or product.
20.1 Without prejudice to any other right, if a User breaches, in whole or in part, any provision contained herein, Bibkins-gta may take whatever action it sees fit, including terminating this Agreement or any other agreement in place with the User, and/or taking legal action against that User.
20.2 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bibkins-gta and its shareholders, directors, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever), however caused, that may arise as a result of:
a) Your breach of this Agreement, in whole or in part;
b) Your violation of any law or any third-party right; and
c) Your use of the Service.
21.1 Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Bibkins-gta be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or misuse of the Service, even where Bibkins-gta had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
21.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits Bibkins-gta’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
22.1 Bibkins-gta and its licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Service and its code, structure and organisation, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property and other rights. Within the limits set by applicable laws, You may not:
a) copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or translate the website; or
b) use the Service in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations (each of the above being an “Unauthorised Use”). Bibkins-gta reserves any and all rights, whether implied or otherwise, that are not expressly granted to the User hereunder, and retains all right, title and interest in and to the Service. You agree that You alone are liable for any damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with any Unauthorised Use You commit. You must notify Bibkins-gta immediately upon becoming aware of any Unauthorised Use committed by any person, and provide Bibkins-gta with reasonable assistance in any investigation it conducts in light of the information You provide in this respect.
22.2 The term “Bibkins-gta”, its domain names and any other trade marks or service marks used by Bibkins-gta as part of the Service (the “Trade Marks”) are owned solely by Bibkins-gta. In addition, all content on the website — including, without limitation, the images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio and text (the “Site Content”) — belongs to Bibkins-gta and is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property or other rights. You acknowledge that, by using the Service, You obtain no rights in the Site Content and/or the Trade Marks, or any part of them. You may not use the Site Content and/or the Trade Marks under any circumstances without Bibkins-gta’s prior written consent. You further agree to do nothing that will harm, or potentially harm, the rights of Bibkins-gta, including its intellectual property rights.
23.1 If a User wishes to make a complaint, please contact Bibkins-gta’s customer service team at [email protected]. If any dispute is not resolved to Your satisfaction, You may pursue remedies in the governing-law jurisdiction set out below.
24.1 Bibkins-gta may update or modify this Agreement, or any part of it, at any time, or otherwise change the Service, without notice, and You will be bound by the amended Agreement once it is posted. We therefore encourage You to check the terms and conditions in force in the version of the Agreement current at any given time. Your continued use of the Service is taken to attest to Your agreement to any amendments to the Agreement.
25.1 This Agreement, and any matter relating to it, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that, subject to what is provided below, the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising from it, and You irrevocably waive any right You may have to object to proceedings being brought in those courts, or to claim that proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts lack jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits Bibkins-gta’s right to bring proceedings against You in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor does the bringing of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the bringing of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of that other jurisdiction.
26.1 If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that will not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision, or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision.
27.1 Bibkins-gta may assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. The User may not assign any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement.
28.1 No waiver by Bibkins-gta of any breach of any provision of this Agreement (including any failure by Bibkins-gta to require strict and literal performance of, or compliance with, any provision of this Agreement) will be construed as a waiver of any later breach of that provision, or of any breach of any other provision of this Agreement.
28.2 Nothing in this Agreement creates or confers any right or other benefit in favour of any third party who is not a party to it.
28.3 Nothing in this Agreement creates, or is to be treated as creating, any partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between You and Bibkins-gta.
28.4 Bibkins-gta may assign, transfer, charge, sub-license or otherwise deal in any manner with this Agreement, or sub-contract any of its rights and obligations under it, to any other party.
28.5 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between You and Bibkins-gta regarding the Service, and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between You and Bibkins-gta.
