About the promotion

At the end of each promotional week, eligible players may receive back a percentage of their net real-money slot loss.

Net loss is calculated as eligible real-money stakes minus settled real-money wins for participating slots during the displayed calculation period.

The cashback percentage depends on the player's current loyalty tier, ranging from 5% to 15%, subject to the minimum loss and maximum reward shown on the promotion page.

If eligible settled wins are equal to or greater than eligible stakes, no cashback is due for that calculation period.

  3. Cashback is not insurance against future losses and does not guarantee a return from slot play.
  4. Participants need an active Vice city account with no restrictions.
  5. Players must be at least 21 and located in an eligible jurisdiction.
  6. The promotion runs for the period published on the promotion page.
  7. Only the slots named on the promotion page are eligible.
  8. Only settled real-money spins completed during the promotion period count.
  9. Voided, refunded, cancelled or technically duplicated spins are excluded.
