About the promotion

Penthouse Club is the long-term Vice city loyalty program for eligible slot players.

Eligible real-money slot activity generates VIP Points. The number of points required for each level and the contribution rate of each slot are displayed in the VIP dashboard.

The five levels are Street, Hustler, Kingpin, Penthouse, and Vice Legend. Higher levels may unlock larger weekly and monthly rewards, personalized reloads, faster support, and a dedicated VIP host.

VIP rewards are based on status, eligible activity, and account history. Reaching a level does not guarantee identical rewards for every player.
